Dear Warlords,

First of all, the team behind Teen 3Q: Origins would like to thank all Warlords for your continued support and valuable feedback throughout this time. Your invaluable contributions have helped us tremendously in our journey to improve the game and deliver an increasingly better experience to our players.

Dear Warlords, Conquest of the Central Plains is the most distinctive feature in Teen 3Q: Origins, designed to create a deeply strategic and tactical cross-server alliance battlefield. Here, Warlords must not only compare individual strength, but also coordinate with their teammates, calculate the right timing, and choose suitable offensive and defensive targets, recreating the atmosphere of the legendary power struggles of the Three Kingdoms era.

However, the server-cluster matchmaking system for Conquest of the Central Plains has not yet been communicated clearly enough to our Warlords, which can easily lead to frustration or dissatisfaction during each season. This is something we never intended.

Therefore, we would like to provide more details about the factors that affect how the system forms clusters for Conquest of the Central Plains :

How Conquest of the Central Plains clusters are formed:

Cluster matchmaking is currently based on two main factors:

[Total Score]
The number of active players in the cluster.

After each Conquest of the Central Plains season, the system calculates and ranks the servers according to their [Total Score] from highest to lowest.

The system then groups servers with [Total Score] that are close to one another, creating fairer battlefields based on [Total Score] from season to season.

In addition, the system also considers the number of active players on each server when forming clusters, which means that 6–8 servers will be placed in the same cluster.

How [Total Score] is calculated

[Total Score] for each server is determined by two main metrics:

[Total Score] = [Achievement Points] + [Server Age Points]
[Achievement Points] are the cumulative Conquest of the Central Plains achievement points earned across the seasons in a cycle.
[Server Age Points] represent the server's opening period, calculated as the number of days since the server opened. The earlier a server opened, the [Server Age Points] it will have.
The system will automatically reset [Achievement Points] to 0 after each 60-day cycle, starting from the game's launch date, in preparation for more exciting battlefields in the future.

At the end of each Conquest of the Central Plains season, the [Achievement Points] will increase based on each server's ranking within its cluster. Specifically:

Example:

If S9 wins the championship for three consecutive seasons, S9's [Achievement Points] = 120 × 3 = 360 points.
If S8 ranks eighth for three consecutive seasons, then S8's [Achievement Points] = 50 × 3 = 150 points.
In this case, S9 may move up to a higher cluster to compete for supremacy, while S8 will move down to a lower cluster.

The key takeaway

Therefore, Conquest of the Central Plains was not designed as a competition based solely on each individual's combat power. It also depends on other important factors, such as:

Whether the alliance stands united,
Whether the commanders are aligned,
Whether members coordinate effectively,
And whether they choose a strategy that suits their actual strength.

From a certain perspective, this feature combines in-game tactics, real-world organizational thinking, and inspiration from the strategic power struggles of the Three Kingdoms era.

We sincerely hope that all Warlords will view Conquest of the Central Plains not merely as a one-week match, but as a season-long emotional journey.

Sometimes, you need to join forces, like Sun Quan and Liu Bei joining armies to resist Cao Cao at Red Cliffs.

Sometimes, it is wiser to lie low, build up your strength, wait for the right opportunity, rally the regional lords, recruit soldiers and horses, and seek out talented people.

At other times, you may need to accept taking a step back to find a battlefield that better suits you, then rebuild your position from there.

Choose the playstyle that suits you best.

Once again, thank you to all the Warlords who have taken part in this ultimate test of strategy. We will continue listening, making adjustments, and optimizing Conquest of the Central Plains to make it increasingly fair, transparent, and worthy of our players' expectations.

Sincerely,

***P.S.: Going forward, we will publish the weekly [Total Score] results for Conquest of the Central Plains, so alliance leaders can develop suitable strategies for their servers each season.
