
SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery to the address requested by the customer
Gamota provides delivery service to Customers nationwide, except for the following areas: Hoang Sa Commune (Hoang Sa District, Da Nang), Truong Sa Commune, Song Tu Tay Commune, Sinh Ton Commune (Truong Sa District, Khanh Hoa), An Son Commune, Hon Tre Commune, Lai Son Commune, Nam Du Commune (Kien Hai District, Kien Giang), Bao Lam District (Lam Dong), Phu Qui District (Binh Thuan).

Delivery service hours: Gamota provides delivery service during business hours, Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays/Tet). If you place an order after 6:00 PM, the delivery time will be extended by an additional day.
Delivery time: An average of 3-5 business days.
Orders will be delivered to the customer's address, except in cases such as: office areas with restricted access, apartment buildings/high-rises (delivery is only provided to the ground floor of the building), or areas with restricted access (military zones, border areas, etc.).
3.1. Obligations of the carrier
- Ensure the goods are transported fully and safely to the designated location, within the agreed time.
- Deliver the goods to the authorized recipient.
- Bear the costs related to the transportation of goods, unless otherwise agreed.
- Purchase civil liability insurance in accordance with the law.
- Compensate the party hiring the transportation service for damages in the event that the carrier loses or damages the goods, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
3.2. Rights of the carrier
- Verify the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading, or other equivalent shipping documents.
- Refuse to transport goods that do not match the type of goods agreed upon in the contract.
- Require the party hiring the transportation service to pay the shipping fee in full and on time.
- Refuse to transport goods that are prohibited from trading, or goods that are dangerous or hazardous in nature, if the carrier
3.3. Obligations of the party hiring the transportation service
- Pay the shipping fee to the carrier in full, on time, and according to the agreed method.
- Provide the necessary information related to the goods being transported to ensure the safety of the goods.
- Look after the goods during transportation, if agreed. If the party hiring the transportation service looks after the goods and the goods are lost or damaged, no compensation will be provided.
3.4. Rights of the party hiring the transportation service
- Require the carrier to transport the goods to the correct location and at the agreed time.
- Receive the transported goods directly or appoint a third party to receive them.
3.5. Liability for damages
- The carrier must compensate the party hiring the transportation service for damages if the goods are lost or damaged.
- The party hiring the transportation service must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by the dangerous or hazardous nature of the transported goods, if no packaging or safety measures were taken during transportation.
- In the event of force majeure resulting in the loss, damage, or destruction of the transported goods during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.
In the event of an epidemic (Covid, SARS, etc.), a natural disaster, or other force majeure events at the time they occur, as regulated by state management agencies, delivery will be adjusted according to the actual situation regarding the state's regulations on the shipment of goods, and Gamota reserves the right to refuse delivery.
In the event of a delay in delivery and service provision, Gamota will promptly notify the customer and provide an opportunity for the customer to cancel the contract if they wish.
