Rise of Kingdoms announces skill adjustments for the commander Qin Shi Huang

Gamers, remember to take note of this important information:

Adjustments

*Earth-Shaking Thunder

If this commander's army is outside the battlefield and has not been inside a building for at least 10 seconds, it will gain the Eternal Emperor effect for 8 seconds whenever it enters combat. This can trigger once every 60 seconds.

Whenever the army deals direct damage with the Iron-Piercing Bronze skill or the Eternal Emperor effect, it deals additional direct damage to all targets and steals 10 Rage from them (Damage Factor 200, reduced), costing 20 Rage per target. This will not trigger if there is not enough Rage. During its duration, enemy attributes are reduced and your attributes are increased by the same amount.

2: After triggering twice within one second, each subsequent trigger during that second deals 25% less damage than the previous one, down to a minimum of 25%.

Upgrade Overview
Rage Cost: 10/12/14/16/20
Rage Stolen: 2/4/6/8/10
Direct Damage Factor: 100/120/140/160/200
