Welcome, Demon Hunters! The admin has compiled some Q&A for new players to help you enjoy the game more easily XD

Q1: How do I redeem a Gift Code?

Tap [Welfare] in the top-right corner of the in-game interface, select [Virtual Gift Code], enter the code, and tap [Send]. You can then claim the reward from your in-game mail.

Q2: What should I do if I encounter an in-game issue or don't receive my top-up?

Please provide your server and character name (tap [Character Avatar] in the top-left corner → [Defy the Heavens Name Change], then copy your character information), and send them along with your top-up receipt to the admin for checking and assistance. If you have any questions while playing, you can message the admin directly through the official fan page for the fastest support.

Q3: How do I link my account?

After entering the game, tap the [floating window] in the top-right corner of the server selection screen to access Gamota → tap [Switch Account] → [Link Email] → enter the email address you want to link → tap [Get Verification Code] → [enter the verification code and set a login password] → tap [Confirm] to complete the linking process.

*Each email address can only be linked to one game account.

Q4: What should I do if I can't access my favorite server?

Thank you for the enthusiastic support, Demon Hunters! The number of registrations has now exceeded 800,000. To ensure a stable and smooth gaming experience and prevent server overload, the system will automatically restrict the creation of new characters once the maximum number of players is reached.

The admin would like to remind all Demon Hunters that if you already have a favorite server from the first server launch, please enter the game as soon as it goes live to register and create your character!

P.S. If your favorite server is overloaded and you cannot access it, we recommend switching to a more stable server for a better gaming experience.

Q5: Guide to topping up through the official website

On the server selection screen, tap the [floating window] in the top-right corner to access Gamota; tap the copy button next to your account to copy your account ID; go to the official website → enter your account, the server you want to top up, and your character; then select a top-up package and payment method to complete the purchase.

Q6: What should I do if I receive a private message from someone claiming to be an [official staff member]?

Demon Hunters, please pay attention! Recently, some people have been impersonating official staff. If you receive a private message asking for your personal information, stay alert and carefully verify the sender. Never disclose any personal information. If the situation involves your privacy or the safety of your assets, remain especially vigilant, protect your information, and avoid falling victim to scams.

P.S. If you encounter any other issues, you can send the admin a private message. We will check and assist you as soon as possible.
