Hello, Chieftain

Would you like to watch the upcoming 2025 Viking Rise World Championship live at the event venue? If so, here is a quick Q&A on how you can purchase your own spectator ticket!

What information do I need to provide after purchasing a Spectator Package? Is there a ticket?

After you purchase a package on the ticketing website, your on-site viewing entitlement (not livestream access) will be permanently linked to your Character ID. We will contact you via in-game mail with a survey starting August 1 to collect the necessary information. Please make sure to complete it within the specified time frame. When entering the event venue, you will need to provide your in-game character information and corresponding identification details for verification. In addition, please bookmark your purchase page and purchase confirmation email, as they will help us verify your eligibility to attend.

What does the viewing entitlement include?

The 2025 Viking Rise World Championship will be held on August 29, 2025, in Incheon, South Korea. Purchasing the package grants you a viewing entitlement, which means you have successfully obtained a ticket. You will then need to present your in-game character and identity information to enter. Every spectator attending the event will receive 100,000 Purple Crystals, official merchandise, and a South Korean Shinsegae gift voucher worth KRW 150,000 (approximately USD 100). Spectators can also participate in an on-site lucky draw for a chance to win in-game items, Apple products, and other generous prizes.

How can I register or update my information in the spectator registration survey after missing the registration period?

Before the championship begins, we will regularly send spectator registration mail to all servers in the game. Whether you are registering for viewing access for the first time, or previously indicated in the survey that you were not interested but have now changed your mind and wish to attend, you can complete the survey through the mail. We will use the information submitted in your most recent survey.

Players who have already successfully obtained viewing access may ignore this mail. We will refer to the information provided when you obtained your viewing access.

Can I purchase multiple spectator tickets myself?

Each person may purchase only one spectator ticket. Once obtained, the viewing entitlement will be permanently linked to your Character ID and corresponding IGG ID. If multiple tickets are purchased under the same IGG ID, the tickets will be valid for only one Character ID. The event viewing entitlement granted to you is for your personal use only. We will subsequently collect your personal information and link it to your viewing entitlement. No information can be modified after the linkage is completed, and each person is limited to one viewing entitlement.

You must present a valid identity document containing the information mentioned above at the event venue for identity verification. If you fail to submit the required information within the specified time frame, or cannot provide venue staff with a valid identity document containing the above information, your viewing entitlement will be canceled or you will be denied entry.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend the event in person after purchasing a ticket?

Once purchased, the viewing entitlement is non-refundable and non-transferable if you are unable to attend the event for personal reasons, including but not limited to changes to your itinerary, visa issues, or identification document issues.

If the competition is canceled due to force majeure, such as natural disasters or government regulations, we will issue a full refund. If the competition is rescheduled, the original ticket will remain valid for entry, or you may apply for a refund.

*IGG Singapore PTE. LTD., as the event organizer, reserves the final right of interpretation and the right to amend the event’s rules, rewards, and FAQ terms.

We wish all Viking Rise players an enjoyable viewing experience and look forward to seeing you in Incheon!
