Version 1.1 “Undercover R&B” Pre-Download and Update Notice

Dear Proxy,

Pre-download for Version 1.1 is now available. Proxies can follow the instructions below to download part of the resources in advance, allowing them to enter the game more quickly after maintenance is complete and the version has been updated.

[Pre-Download Details]

● PC

The pre-download resource package is approximately 12 GB.

● Mobile (Android and iOS)

The pre-download resource package is approximately 8 GB.

As the resource package is quite large, Proxies are advised to ensure that their devices have sufficient storage space and to download it over a Wi-Fi connection.

※ The voice-over package installed on the client will affect the amount of storage space required for pre-download.

[How to Pre-Download]

● PC

Open HoYoPlay. A “Pre-Download” icon will appear to the left of the “Start Game” button. Click the icon to begin the download.

※ Proxies can continue playing the game while pre-downloading on PC.

● Mobile (Android and iOS)

Open the game and tap the “Pre-Download Resources” icon in the bottom-right corner of the login screen to begin the download.

※ The game cannot be played on mobile devices during pre-download. Proxies are advised to schedule the pre-download at a suitable time.

In addition, the development team will be performing version maintenance soon. You will be unable to log in during the maintenance period, so please stay tuned for game update information.
