A "Storm" of New Content Arrives in Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.4

ZZZ Version 1.4 introduces a huge amount of new content, including:

Hoshimi Miyabi (Anomaly - Ice): Featuring the unique Ice attribute and the ability to accumulate Anomaly effects, Miyabi boosts the entire team's damage before finishing enemies off with a devastating slash.
Asaba Harumasa (Attack - Electric): A long-range DPS character capable of unleashing tremendous burst damage. Harumasa can mark enemies with X-Marked, activate his Awakened state, dash toward them, and deliver an extremely powerful Electric slash.
New W-Engines: Three new W-Engines: Hailstorm Shrine (Anomaly), Zanshin Herb Case (Attack)—both S-Rank—and Marcato Desire (Attack), an A-Rank W-Engine.
New Bangboo: Agent Gulliver (S-Rank) and Brawlerboo (A-Rank).
New story content: Chapter 5, titled "A Storm of Falling Stars," continues the main storyline with plenty of thrilling developments in store. Asaba Harumasa's Agent Story, titled "A Name Written in Water," has also been added.
New events: A series of new events—including Special Visitor, All-New Program, Into That Pale Wasteland, Where the Stars Shine Bright, Data Bounty: Combat Simulation, Windchaser Harumasa, Bangboo vs Ethereal, "En-Nah" Into Your Lap, Combat Footage Review, Collab Designer, Before the Curtain Rises, and Advanced Bounty: Routine Cleanup—awaits Proxies, offering plenty of exciting rewards to claim.
New areas: Elpis Port, the HSOS 6 Office, and the Reverb Arena will open up new locations for players to explore and battle in.
New game mode: "Deadly Assault" A challenging endgame mode where players face powerful bosses at varying difficulty levels to earn valuable rewards.
New features : The "Special Training Plan" system streamlines the process of upgrading Agents. The "Journey" system allows players to look back on their progress throughout the game.

Improvements and optimizations:

In addition to new content, Version 1.4 also brings numerous improvements and optimizations:

Bug fixes: Resolved issues related to Agents, Bangboo, and various gameplay problems.
Adjustments: Adjusted the Decibel mechanics, optimized the Commission system, improved visual effects, optimized certain special effects, and added English voice-overs for some content, among other changes.
Shield System : The Red Shield system in stages, boss battles, and enemy encounters has been changed. Players must break the Red Shield before they can deal damage to enemies, adding more strategic depth.
Combat System : Several mechanics have been changed to make the game more hardcore, requiring players to dodge and counterattack more frequently.
The "censorship" controversy: A minor change in the update prevents the camera from looking under female characters' skirts, sparking controversy within the community. Some players argued that they had paid to obtain these characters and felt that the change was unfair.
