I. PAYMENT REGULATIONS

1. Reviewing and confirming payment agreement content

Gamota provides a mechanism that allows customers to review, supplement, amend and confirm transaction details before using the online ordering function to submit a payment agreement proposal. This review and confirmation mechanism satisfies the following conditions:

The following information is displayed to customers:

• Name of the goods or service, quantity, brand and price.
• The total contract value and details relating to the payment method selected by the customer.

Gamota provides a mechanism for customers to read and separately express their agreement to the general transaction terms before submitting a proposal to enter into a payment contract.

General transaction terms include:

• The return policy, including the return period, method of returning or exchanging purchased goods, refund method, and cost of returns (publicly posted on the website).
• Service standards, service delivery process, fee schedule and other terms relating to the provision of the service, including any conditions and restrictions (if any) (publicly posted on the website).
• The obligations of the seller and the obligations of the customer in each transaction (publicly posted on the website in the Service Provision Agreement).

2. Information about payment methods

• Gamota has published all payment methods applicable to goods so that customers can understand and select the payment method that suits them in the Payment Policy section
• Gamota has established a mechanism for customers using the online payment function to review and confirm the detailed information of each payment transaction before making the payment.
• Gamota ensures the safety and security of customers' payment transactions, and handles complaints and compensates for damages in the event that a customer's payment information on the Gamota website is altered, deleted, cancelled, copied, disclosed, unlawfully transferred or appropriated in a way that causes harm to the customer.

II. PAYMENT FORMS

Gamota always aims to provide the most convenient experience for customers. Please pay us 100% before the delivery date. We support the following advance payment methods:

• Via ATM card, Zalopay/AppotaPay e-wallet
• Payment is processed fully automatically by scanning the payment gateway's QR code, offering high reliability and security.
• Upon receiving successful payment confirmation from the payment gateway, Gamota will record the payment and store the customer's payment information (we only retain the details of the service the member has paid for; information about the member's bank account number is not retained) as described in Section I, Item 1 (purpose and scope of collection), and will email the top-up code to the customer.

III. PAYMENT METHODS

1. Online payment via domestic ATM card

Customers pay for their purchase using a domestic ATM card issued by a local bank connected to the Onepay payment gateway.

In addition, to pay by domestic bank card, the customer's card must be registered for online payment functionality, or the bank's internet banking service.
A transaction is recorded as successful when the customer receives a notification from the system with the status "Transaction successful" (subject to balance/limit verification and customer authentication in accordance with the card's usage rules). In addition, Gamota will send an email confirming the successful payment status to the mailbox of the account the customer registered with Gamota.

2. Online payment via QR code application

Mobile payment applications meet customers' payment needs without requiring cash or a bank visit.  

The entire system is secured according to the international PCI-DSS Standard. Payments are protected by OTP confirmation and a 6-digit payment password.

Multiple banks can be linked to a single payment gateway account. There is no need to re-enter bank information for subsequent payments.

3. Payment via e-wallet

Mobile payment applications meet customers' payment needs without requiring cash or a bank visit. Customers only need to top up their Wallet and pay. The entire system is secured according to the international PCI-DSS Standard. Payments are protected by OTP confirmation and a 6-digit payment password.

IV. INFORMATION REVIEW & CONFIRMATION MECHANISM

For orders placed by buyers on Gamota's sales website, the website displays information such as: the name of the goods or service, quantity and type; the method and timeframe of delivery or service provision; the total contract value and details relating to the payment method selected by the customer, etc., so that the buyer can check, supplement, amend and confirm the transaction details before placing an online order.  This information can be stored, printed on the customer's information system, and displayed again later.

The Gamota website displays to customers information on how to respond to accept a contract proposal and the time limit for responding to a contract proposal. The website's features allow customers, after reviewing their order information, to choose to cancel the transaction or confirm the order.
